No show

If you fail to appear at the scheduled time and meeting point, your booking will be considered a "no-show." No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is only possible upon presentation of a medical certificate or other proof of a medical emergency.

Same-day date change

Date changes requested on the same day of the tour will only be authorised upon presenting valid medical evidence (doctor's note or prescription) proving illness. Otherwise, a 30% fee of the total tour cost will be applied for rescheduling, subject to availability.

Cancellation 5+ days before

If you cancel at least 5 days before your tour date, you will receive 100% credit to use toward any future booking. No credit card refunds are issued.

Cancellation 1–4 days before

If cancellation is made between 1 and 4 days before the tour date, a 30% handling fee applies. You will receive 70% credit toward a future booking.

Cancellation within 24 hours

If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice or on the same day of the tour, no credit will be issued.

General conditions

Credits are valid for 12 months from the original booking date. Tours may be cancelled due to bad weather or force majeure — in such cases, we will offer a date change or full credit. It is the client's responsibility to provide correct contact information and to check their booking confirmation.
