Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund (100%), cancellations for hotels, tours, flights, and rental cars must be made at least 3 days prior to the reservation date. If cancelled within 3 days, 70% of the refund will be returned if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity. After this timeframe, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Procedure

To cancel a reservation, please email ethanaleman@alemantravelagency.com or call (+52) 9986 3000 00:

- Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

- Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

- Sundays: Closed

Important Note

High season hotel reservations are subject to a one-night charge if cancelled, as these bookings are specific to the requester and are non-refundable to the agency.
